| Important product information My eyes are offered to you, the client in two options: a coated or uncoated state This enables you to choose how you wish to receive them, and gives you greater flexibility in your uses. I have made this availability for these reasons: Polymer sculptors may prefer not to receive them pre-coated, to prevent chemical interactions that may effect certain polymer clay brands, such as ProSculpt, where the formulation is different than brands such as FIMO, Sculpey. etc. Casters , and mask makers prefer their eyes already sealed since there is no baking process needed. Eye sealant does not effect polymer clays such as Sculpey, and FIMO, as well as air-dry, and paper clays. Always use caution when using solvent based products, around my glass-like eyes. They are a type of plastic, and will chemically react as most plastics do. Unless Specified by the client , All eyes will be shipped with a coating automatically! |
